Acceptance
By using Menda, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Menda to store or process illegal content, harass others, or violate the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of liability
Menda is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
